The Markdale Towns is a new townhouse project by JD Development Group and is currently in pre-construction. The new project will be located at the northwest corner of Markham Road and Denison Street in Markham.

The Markdale Towns will be a collection of 147 stacked townhomes. Units will be a mix of two bedroom layout and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for The Markdale Towns is still unknown.
